New Students

Welcome to Champlain Discovery Public School (CDPS)! We are so glad that you decided to join our school.

CDPS is a community-minded, caring place to learn in Pembroke, Ontario, with a large school yard adjacent to a swamp and wooded area for enriched environmental studies. We offer a welcoming environment for students in Kindergarten to Grade 8 and an optional French Immersion program beginning in Grade 5.

Champlain Discovery Public School offer many opportunities for both students and parents to become involved in our programs and events. Our staff is here to ensure that your child's transition to Champlain Discovery is as smooth as possible. We will introduce your child to another student that he/she can rely on to ask questions and to show him/her around the school.

Please visit admission/registration to learn how to register your child at CDPS, and the documentation that you are required to bring. If your son/daughter is transferring from another school in the board, you can contact our school office to initiate the transfer process.
